Boardman Ltd
Boardman Ltd is the leading network of Finnish corporate governance
specialists focusing on the development of good corporate governance
and board work in Finland.
All the Boardman Partners (maximum number 50) have extensive
experience in board work, business management as well as in academic
research. All Boardman partners are experienced chairmen and members of
corporate boards. They act independently in developing good corporate
governance practices and methods of board work as an integrated
network.
Boardman organises seminars and forums in order to develop good
corporate governance in Finland. Partners are also involved in academic
research and participate actively in public discussions.
By combining their knowledge and working closely together, Boardman
Partners aim to improve the quality of and results achieved by the
boards, develop in-depth know-how of the board work, and improve the
assessment of the boards in Finland.
Boardman 2020 network is focusing on board performance and
entrepreneurship in growth companies. Members share experiences and
practices of their business success and challenges, and aim to develop
competence and added value through board work in growth companies.
