Management experience

Over 40 years’ experience in leading and expert positions. Started studying at Hanken School of Economics and working at Kone Ltd at the same time. Participated in the internationalization of Kone for 16 years. After that was seven years in leading positions in forest industry in Oy Wilh. Schauman Ab and Rauma-Repola. CEO of Amer concern for three years. Has five years’ experience as an entrepreneur and main responsible owner of a sea rescue products manufacturing company, which was at the time the largest global player in its field. Nowadays, acts as a partner and owner in a Finnish investment bank, which is solely concentrated on cross-border transactions.

Board experience

During his management career, has been a responsible board member in the companies, where acted as an executive.

Has participated in IMI seminars on board working and given lectures comprehensively in seminars on the topic of board working

Has experience in boards of listed, state-owned and family-owned companies. During the past eight years has been a board member on average in six boards.
