For over 10 years Antti Hannula has been a capital investor especially in ICT sector, in Nexit Ventures Ltd. (founder partner), in Novestia Plc and Sitra. In autumn 2004 Antti Hannula became Senior Partner in ACE LAW Ltd. This company was founded based on the business Antti Hannula had been starting in 1989. Nowadays, he continues the operations of ACE LAW Ltd. under the name “Law Office ALDEA Ltd.”

Antti Hannula has worked for five years as a corporation lawyer Oracle Finland Ltd. and for three years in media field in 1980s. Furthermore, he has written over 20 books concerning among other things the board working, IT agreements and corporate law.
