Besides
his full-time occupation as the Chairman of Board in MPS Enterprises, Marcus
Herold participates actively in recruiting, coaching and developing members of
top management, CEOs and members of boards. He has a versatile and also
international experience in developing leadership, working methods in executive
groups and boards as well as change management. He has been an entrepreneur for
over 30 years leading the international organization of MPS. During his career,
he has also been active in leading structures of a global company specialized
in services of change and career development.

organizations. He is specialized in management processes of boards, as well as
in recruiting, coaching and developing members of boards. Marcus Herold has
given lectures on the working processes of boards, especially in the field of
liability allocation and authority power between the operational management and

Economist
studies at Hanken School of Economics. Marcus Herold has completed numerous
international courses on professional skills and leadership in Europe and the
USA. Special areas of interest are: leading know-how organizations,
internationalization and the challenges of leadership in constantly changing
environment, building up a good management team, as well as human resources
solutions in crisis situations. Marcus
Herold has several years of sports team experience at the basketball
championship series as a player and the captain of the National Basketball
Team. Among hobbies are studying of different cultures, contesting issues,
creating something new, basketball, skiing, motorcycling and boating.
