Management experience

For 20 years has been responsible for investor relations and communications of diversified listed companies (OKO, Cultor, Danisco, SanomaWSOY) and, related to her duties, has been in close cooperation with top management and boards. Has been responsible for communications strategies of three stock exchange listings and about ten significant M&A projects as well as for the overall communications of numerous smaller acquisitions. As an expert in investor relations, has participated in group's executive management working, internal strategy discussions and perfecting strategic messages. During her career has gained notable experience of challenging publicity situations in companies. Acts as the CEO and senior partner in reputation management and investor relations related consulting in company Interlock Ltd. Also teaches company's investor relations in Helsinki School of Economics.

Activities

 

Master of Science (Economics) from Helsinki School of Economics (HSE). As a board member of the Finnish Investor Relations Society (FIRS), has participated in developing practices and operation modes as well as academic education of investor relations (HSE and JOKO). Has also established together with Financial Supervision, HSE and Hanken School of Economics a professional CIRP degree (Certified Investor Relations Professional). Acts as Chairman of CIRP Board of Examiners.

In 2004 received Boardman acknowledgement for the significant work done in developing good management practices. Hobbies: different kinds of sports, golf, cooking and sewing
