Management experience
Heikki Lehmusto, LL.M., is an
active board professional and a partner in different areas of strategic
management. Lehmusto's experience includes being CEO at Insinööri-lehdet Ltd.
(current Talentum) (1980-86), Oy Kolmostelevisio AB (1986-93) and Fazer
Musiikki Ltd. (1993-94), being member of the board and TV division director at
Yleisradio Ltd. (1994-2001) and being vice CEO at Silja Plc (2001-02).
Board experience
Heikki
Lehmusto has worked in numerous boards as Chairman or member, including two
listed companies and enterprises in Scandinavia and Baltic.
Has
experience in family businesses, capital investor companies, subsidiaries of
multinational corporations and, on the other hand, several state-owned
companies. Has done Pro Bono board work as Chairman of the Finnish Tennis Association
(1992-95) and Chairman of the Board of Savonlinna Opera Festival (1994-2003).
Acts as Chairman of the Board and active partner at Lehmusto & Co, which
specializes in strategic planning of marketing and communications.
