Management experience
Jarmo Leppiniemi participates in administration of numerous
organizations, both in companies and in church (boards, executive committees,
representative bodies and councils). Among other things acts as the Chairman of
Accounting Standards Board, member of the state's Audit Committee and the CESR
(The Committee of European Securities Regulators). Also member of Market
participants Consultative Panel.

Activities
Professor Jarmo Leppiniemi is D.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.)
and has worked in Helsinki School of Economics since 1972. Jarmo Leppiniemi has
participated in drafting numerous laws on securities market and
accounting. Has also published numerous
books and articles on accounting, financial statements, taxation and financing.
