Management experience

Over 10 years' experience as an entrepreneur in different companies. Before the entrepreneurship career worked in IT sector as an expert in the following companies: Tieto-X Plc. (currently Ixonos Plc.), TietoEnator Plc. and TJ-Group Plc.

As the CEO of Celectus Ltd. during 1999-2005 and 2007-2008, after which as the Chairman of the company's Board. Celectus Ltd. provides services for sales consulting, training and resourcing.

Mika Mäkeläinen was establishing the international recruiting network "Aravati - The Global Search of Network", which is currently active in over 10 countries. Also acts as the Chairman of the Board of the national recruiting company Aravati Finland Ltd.

Was also establishing a company of experts IT-Gateway Ltd. in 1999 and Siili Solutions Ltd. in 2005. At the moment, Mika Mäkeläinen is the CEO of the management and development company GTW Group Ltd. as well as an active participator in several different growth companies.
