Management experience

Acts as business angel and consultant in Aldanella Ltd. In 2001-2008, being a partner in Blue White Venture, used her long entrepreneurship experience when planning and implementing development and internationalization projects of numerous Finnish companies.

Earlier, Kaija Pöysti was the CEO (1983-86) and the Chairman of the Board (1986-87) in Trantex Ltd., which she founded. During this time the company grew from a one person firm to an entity of over 250 employees. In 1997-2001 the leader of the L&H Mendez (currently Lionbridge), which acquired Trantex Ltd., first in Germany and then in the USA.

Participated in various national projects, e.g. in Executive Team of Finnish Innovation Strategy in 2008. Writes columns. Along with her family interested in literature, theatre and generating ideas on new issues.
