Management experience

Christian Ramm-Schmidt, Master of Business and Economics, has acted since the beginning of 1970s in marketing and management positions of international and domestic corporations. Versatile experience inter alia in Rank-Xerox Ltd., Readers' Digest Ltd. and Servi Systems Ltd.

Since 1994 the CEO in Fazer Keksit Ltd., Fazer Suklaa Ltd. and, finally, responsible for the whole Fazer confectionary branch, especially the internationalization of it.

In 1997 appointed as the CEO of the Baltic Beverages Holding AB:n (BBH). The corporation achieved quickly a dominating position in the bear market of the former USSR. In the end of 2006, became stakeholder and Senior Partner of Merasco Capital Ltd., specializing in acquisitions and mergers in Russia and other CIS countries. Christian Ramm-Schmidt has experience in working in boards, e.g. in three various listed companies.
