Management experience

Over 40 years experience in paper, engineering, electronics and construction materials industries, in companies like Stora Enso, UPM Kymmene, Nokia, Kone and Lohja Rudus, in which as CEO in 1994-2006. Almost half of his career in sales management positions. In 1981-87 the CEO of Nokia Inc. in the USA and, after return, as Corporate Planning Director of the Group.

Participated in 80 company arrangements - both in acquisitions and their integration and in selling companies in Finland and abroad. In the beginning of 1990s operated as capital investor.

Board experience

Since 1987 has participated in more than 25 boards in listed and private limited companies in Finland and overseas.

Special know-how

Among special know-how there are company strategies, B2B international sales as well as companies' internationalization and arrangements.

Has also wide-ranging experience in organizational activities.
