Management experience

Helena Terho has worked in administration of KONE Group as Director globally responsible for Quality and Safety Management, in which position she continued in the USA in 2001-2003. The latest remit comprised Development of HR, especially the Talent Management.

 

Board experience

Helena Terho has been board member in two Finnish listed companies for over 10 years. Current board work includes chairmanship of the board of a company specializing in rehabilitation and senior citizen services, board membership in a domestic management consulting company and board membership in a child welfare organization. Previous organizational activities experience consists, e.g., of board chairmanship in Tietopalveluseura (The Society for Finnish Information Specialists) and vice chairmanship and membership in the board of Tekniikan Akateemiset (TEK, The Finnish Association of Graduate Engineers).
