PROFESSIONAL HISTORY AND BOARD EXPERIENCE

Economist (VTM, 1973) Tero J. Kauppinen has actively run and founded VIA Group and many other companies for 40 years. He is the founder and has been the principal of Leadership Academy since 1988. Kauppinen has published 14 books on leadership and management.

Kauppinen has consulted companies in 30 countries. He has processed company strategy and developed management systems, processes and leadership in over 300 different companies and organizations. He is specialized in company structures, strategy development, methods and tools of practical execution, and the logic of different industries across 150 countries.

Kauppinen has been an advisor in countless boards and a consultant member during change management processes in boards of companies such as Arctia, Alko and Primalco. He has also been a formal board member in companies such as Biohit Ltd.
