Shaping company cultures during unprecedented times: remote culture change
23.03.2021 - 23.03.2021 | Zoom
Warmly welcome to Boardman’s event ”Shaping company cultures during unprecedented times: remote culture change” 23rd of March at 15.00-16.00.
Transforming a company culture is never easy, but in unprecedented times, when the need for change is elevated, execution is even more difficult. What can be done?
Culture is the engine that brings corporate strategy to life and ensures competitiveness. The challenge is that company culture often reflects the history of the company (‘how we are used to doing things around here’) more than the future it wants to seize.
Our first session in the Work & Leadership Transformation webinar series will feature two change leaders, Clarissa Hack from SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa GmbH and Samuli Savo from Stora Enso. They will share what they have learned from driving cultural transformation forward during COVID-19 to ensure renewal and growth.
