Culture is the engine that brings corporate strategy to life and ensures competitiveness. The challenge is that company culture often reflects the history of the company (‘how we are used to doing things around here’) more than the future it wants to seize.

Eeva Raita is a social psychologist helping organizations to cultivate better work cultures and leadership to succeed in the digital era. Her toolbox includes a variety of lean, agile, design, and data-enabled approaches and tools. Academically seasoned, but a pragmatist by heart, she tackles things with a combination of deep insight and can-do attitude. She currently works as the Head of Strategy & Culture for Futurice. Eeva holds a Doctoral degree from Social psychology and Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Helsinki, Finland.

Samuli Savo is a business executive and a strategist who provides thought leadership in go-to-market strategies, innovation management and organisational transformation. He is currently Senior Vice President of Product Management and Innovation at Stora Enso and was earlier group’s Chief Digital Officer. His past roles cover both business strategy, complex change programs, M&A activity and P&L responsibilities in technology businesses (Gartner, Fujitsu, Enfo Group). He is Master of Science from Aalto University (former Helsinki University of Technology).

Clarissa Hack is Head of Digital Transformation at SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa GmbH since 2018. In this function, she is responsible for SPIE DZE’s digitalization strategy and its operationalization. This digitalization strategy was awarded with the Digital Leader Award in 2019 (3rd place). Clarissa has gained diverse practical experiences with digitalization projects as managing director of the MEBEDO Projekt GmbH. After her technical-oriented business studies at the University of Stuttgart and the University of Connecticut, she began her professional career as a lean management consultant at Drees & Somer AG and continued it as a business process consultant at SAG Group GmbH before setting up the project management organization at MEBEDO.
