PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND BOARD EXPERIENCE

Katri Sipilä (Master of Laws with Court Training) is an advisor to owners boards and managers and a coach on board governance. Sipilä has extensive experience on working in boards and advisory boards of growth companies, small and medium size companies, family owned companies as well as in the public sector and in non-profit institutions. She has long worked in leadership positions involving IPR and creative industries.
