Publication event: Boardman’s Board Diversity Research 2026

Board diversity is often discussed in terms of who sits on boards. Boardman’s Board Diversity Research 2026 takes the discussion further by exploring how diversity works in practice, how it is experienced, and how it contributes to the quality and impact of board work in the Boardman community.

The publication event will take place on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, from 16:00 to 18:00, where the key findings of the study will be presented. The study was conducted by Otantatutkimus in cooperation with Boardman’s International Working Group.

At the publication event, Lars Hellström and Maria Krajewska-Olkkonen, members of the Boardman International Working Group, will introduce the study and its background. The key findings will then be presented by Mia Ahlström, CEO of Otantatutkimus, and a member of the Boardman International Working Group.
