Kirsti Laasio

Kirsti is an internationally recognised accelerator of growth for scale-up companies. She currently serves as a partner and CEO of the growth company Omnigym Group. With extensive experience as a leader in international business, Kirsti has a proven track record in brand building, customer-centric leadership, and successfully scaling international growth in several technology-driven companies.

In addition, she has diverse experience in company boards and advisory board roles. In these positions, she has systematically introduced a more customer-focused, bold, and growth-oriented approach to the work of senior management, owners, and boards. She has also acted as an advisor to several companies expanding internationally at different stages of growth. Furthermore, she is an investor in multiple start-up or growth-phase companies aiming for global success.

She is also one of the authors of the non-fiction book Menestys syntyy asiakaskokemuksesta (Success is Born from Customer Experience) and an inspiring keynote speaker on growth mindset themes, as well as a mentor for international talent.
