Boardman Membership Introduction Webinar

The Boardman Membership introduction webinar is held on September 12, from 8:30 to 9:00 AM (UTC+3).

During the webinar, Tuomo Haukkovaara provides a brief overview of the Boardman English-Language Membership “Boardman Membership”, and Lars Hellström shares his personal experiences as a Boardman Member. After the presentations, there will be a Q&A session, offering attendees an opportunity to ask questions.

Boardman Membership is aimed for international executives and board members working in Finland or in Finnish companies. This webinar is for those interested in learning about Boardman’s English-language membership.

Tuomo Haukkovaara, Boardman Partner

Tuomo Haukkovaara is Boardman’s Partner and the Chair of Boardman’s International Working Group, which develops an English-language membership, “Boardman Membership,” designed for international executives working in Finland or in Finnish companies. Haukkovaara has worked for 38 years in international information technology expert, sales, and management positions at IBM and its associated companies in Finland and Europe. Haukkovaara continues to promote technological research and education as a member of the Kaute Foundation, and he has been involved throughout the current millennium in the operation of Digipool and its predecessors, which develop the digital security and security of supply for Finland’s critical infrastructure

Lars Hellström, Boardman Member

Lars Hellström is the Head of Strategy & Strategic Partnerships at Helvar Oy AB. He explores how to turn everyday spaces into Brighter Spaces for the benefit of people and our planet. Hellström joined Helvar 10 years ago after 20 years in different leadership positions in the energy- and ICT industry as well as incorporating & advising technology start-up companies. He holds an MSc in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and an MBA from the Aalto University Helsinki. Hellström is a Boardman Member and actively develops Boardman’s English-language membership as a member of the Boardman International Working Group.

Boardman Membership for international executives in Finland

Boardman Membership is aimed for international executives and board members working in Finland or in Finnish companies. The network provides business connections, hosts events on relevant topics, organises Board Buddy Program and serves as a platform for sharing expertise.
