Afternoon tea: “How to use cultural data to drive strategic performance”

Culture is often seen as soft—but it’s anything but. Behind every successful strategy is a set of shared, often invisible, emotional norms that shape how people think, decide, and act. In this session, we’ll explore how cultural data—what we call the econometrics of emotion—can be measured and used as a strategic tool to drive performance, alignment, and long-term success.

The afternoon will begin with networking, followed by a keynote presentation by Egbert Schram. We will then open the floor for a discussion. This event is designed to be an intimate and relaxed occasion where participants can reflect on and share their own experiences on the topic.
