Board Buddy Program Kickstart Event

Board Buddy Kickstart Event is organised on Thursday, 7th of March, from 4 pm to 5:30 pm at Boardman’s office.

Kickstart event is meant for pairs who have been selected to participate in the Board Buddy Program. Attending the event allows participants to get to know other people joining the pilot. Participation in the kickstart is voluntary.

About Board Buddy Program

Boardman is launching a new Board Buddy program in Spring 2024. We pair up 10 international Boardman members and 10 Finnish board members to discuss on board work, leadership, and current topics.

• Boardman determines the program’s focus and assigns pairs based on the survey responses.
• The program starts in March and ends in October. Meanwhile pairs meet each other at their own schedules.
• The aim of the program is to network and share thoughts on Finnish board work and leadership.
• The program might provide an introduction for future board opportunities, although this is not a guarantee.
• We cannot guarantee a spot for all applicants, as the program accepts only a limited number of participants. However, if the pilot is successful, the program is intended to continue and be further developed in the future.

The program is designed for international executives who want to expand their network in Finland and enhance their boardroom skills. The opportunity is offered only for Boardman’s Members.
