Boardman’s Afternoon Tea is organized on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. During the afternoon, we will explore a topic our members have requested: “Building a Board-Search CV.”
The gathering will begin with a keynote by a Boardman Partner Aija Bärlund. She works as a Partner at Chief Executive Search, where her focus is on C-level and board search, leadership team and board assessment and development.

To make the most of our time together, we kindly ask you to do a small bit of homework. Please prepare your Board CV, print it, and be ready to pitch your board competencies in a small group.

Aija Bärlund, Partner, Boardman
Aija Bärlund is a Boardman Partner and a Partner at Chief Executive Search. At Chief, her focus is on board and C-level assignments. She serves on the boards of Elecster Ltd and Solum Yhtiöt, is a Member of the Business and Industry Committee of Suomen Yrittäjät, Chair of the Board of Espoon Yrittäjät and Member of the Supervisory Board in Keskinäinen Vakuutusyhtiö Kaleva. Bärlund is a certified Coach by the Finnish Coaching Association and has written books about The Future of Finnish Leadership, Winning Management Teams, Strategy Work, Sustainable Leadership, Climate Change, and Sustainable Board Work.
