PROFESSIONAL HISTORY AND BOARD EXPERIENCE
Suvi Johansson is an expert in strategic growth, leadership, and sustainable business, with over 20 years of experience in executive and CEO roles within growth companies in the SME sector.
She is the founder of Bettera, a consultancy focused on sustainable business, and a coach for growth companies. Through Bettera, she helps businesses turn sustainability into a strategic competitive advantage and an integral part of business development.
Suvi has previously served on the boards of various companies and associations. Currently, she is a board member at the driving school chain Epic Autokoulu and Boardman, and serves as the chair of the board at the marketing agency Hopkins.
With a background in the humanities and a commercial career, Suvi combines leadership with strategic but people-focused thinking and courage for renewal.
