Jussi Lystimäki

Jussi Lystimäki has worked for over 25 years in executive and board work roles within Internet and the networked global digital economy. Lystimäki, who has also completed an International Design Business Management degree, has been setting up and building dozens of growth companies in Finland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and Israel since the late 1990s. Some of the companies have either been sold to an industrial investor, or listed on the Helsinki or London Stock Exchange.

Currently, Lystimäki serves as a partner and Chief Executive Officer at Swappie, the leading online re-seller of refurbished smart devices. Financial Times selected Swappie as the fastest growing companies in Europe in 2022. He previously worked in executive roles at the Oslo Stock Exhange-listed online marketplace group Adevinta, being in charge of the Group’s growth and investment activities globally covering the aspects of Internet of Things, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Before this, he was in charge of the group’s European portfolio business.

Lystimäki has acted as board member and Chairman in numerous early-stage start ups and growth companies as well as in dozens of companies as board’s advisor in the field of building strategy and growth. He has been the Chairman of the state-owned Nordic Morning Corporation, and a Member of the Board of Directors of several internet growth companies in Switzerland, Germany, Great Britan, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Spain and Hungary.
