Jaana Rosendahl

Professional history and board experience

M.Sc. (Tech.) in Energy and Industrial Management, Jaana Rosendahl, has a 30-year career in customer development, branding, digitalization, and marketing. She has worked across various industries, from the energy company Fortum to Aktia Bank and the media house A-lehdet, eventually moving into the financial sector. Over eight years, she helped grow the asset management company Taaleritehdas (now Taaleri) from a small five-person team into a publicly listed financial institution with over 200 employees.

For the past six years, Rosendahl has acted as a mentor and expert in customer economy, and served on the boards of companies of different sizes – from listed companies to startups. For three years she did this from Stockholm, Sweden.

Currently, Jaana Rosendahl is working on her doctoral dissertation at LUT University on the topic of “Strategic Renewal through Pivoting the Dominant Business Logic.” She also serves as a board member at the IT growth company Reflector.
