Who will you meet

Tuomo Haukkovaara, Partner, Boardman

Tuomo Haukkovaara is a Boardman Partner and Chair of Boardman’s International Working Group, which develops the English-language membership for international executives in Finland. He has worked for 39 years in international information technology expert-, sales- and management positions at IBM and its associated companies in Finland and Europe. Currently Haukkovaara is active in several boards and as an advisors and investor. He is the chair of the boards at Funidata and Harveritalli, Vice Chair at the board of Boardman, Chair of the advisory board of Finnish Digital and Population Data Services Agency, Chair of the commission of Kaute Foundations and an active member of the local village association of the Savonlinna area.

Delfin Vassallo, Member, Boardman

Delfin Vassallo is member at the Boardman International Working Group and a business mind who utilises marketing and creative thinking to drive business profits. Vassallo has over 25 years of global marketing experience, creating and implementing commercial strategies for industrial and technology-driven sectors. Striving to make brands likeable, trustworthy, and profitable. Vassallo has a lengthy background in mentoring and managing marketing, strategy, creative, and customer service teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Originally from Mexico, with 18 years of living and working in Finland and experience from multiple Nordic and Global roles.

Karoliina Kuhalampi, Project Manager, Boardman

Karoliina Kuhalampi is the main contact person for international executives at Boardman. In her day-to-day work, she works closely with the Boardman International Working Group and Boardman members. She is responsible for organizing member events, the Board Governance in Finland Training and Boardman’s Peer Sparring Program. She also manages Boardman’s English-language communication and marketing activities, including producing the Boardman International Blog and the newsletter.
