Jarna Hyvönen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Volare, a Nordic deeptech company scaling circular insect protein production. She leads Volare’s growth, fundraising, and partnerships, driving the company’s technology from research to full industrial production and positioning Volare at the forefront of the global protein transition. Volare is currently commissioning and ramping up its first full-scale factory in Finland and is already serving several pet food and aquafeed companies.

Teemu Ilola is a growth entrepreneur and Founder of Preferoo & MyyntiKollektiivi, who helped scale Leadoo into a €6M ARR business before its acquisition by the Polish SalesManago. With a strong background in B2B sales and commercial growth, he advises growth companies on developing their sales processes through board and advisory roles.

Artti Aurasmaa is the CEO of Staria Oyj and an experienced growth leader with a strong track record in leading internationally expanding companies. Prior to joining Staria, he served as CEO of Martela Oyj, 3 Step IT, and Ropo Capital, and has held board positions in several growth companies.
