Milla Ratia, AI Researcher, CDO and Board Professional

Milla Ratia brings deep expertise in AI, GenAI, digital capabilities and leading transformation, with a strong track record in building and scaling digital businesses. Ratia works as Chief Digital Officer at Suur-Savon Sähkö, and serves on several boards, including Enermix Oy, Transmeri Oy Ab, and Järvi-Suomen Valokuitu Oy. She is the author of an analytics leadership book and a visiting researcher at Aalto University, where her research focuses on AI, GenAI, intelligent automation and integrating digitalization into business processes. She holds a PhD in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Business.

Seppo Kymäläinen, Partner, Roschier

Seppo Kymäläinen is a Partner and Head of Roschier’s Corporate Advisory practice in Finland. He is also working with the firm’s Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practices in Helsinki. He has extensive experience in public M&A and corporate and securities advisory work acting for issuers as well as for both industrial and private equity sponsored buyers. He regularly chairs general meetings and advises clients on governance matters, with further experience e.g. in corporate restructurings, squeeze-outs and joint ventures.

Rashmi Kasat-Majakorpi, VP, Equipment Performance, Metso

Rashmi Kasat has a long background leading IT and Digital transformations in B2B global industrial companies. She currently leads Equipment Performance for Metso’s mining customer segment. Her daily work is about making minerals processing equipment more intelligent & sustainable with use of sensors, data, AI, cloud and other digital technologies. Kasat is an Advisor on the family company Islet Group’s Advisory Board, a Boardman member and a member of the Boardman International Working Group
