Laura Vargas – Founder, Leading with Purpose
Theme: What cannot be delegated? Our accountability in the face of the grand challenges
About: Laura Vargas’ passion is to support leaders to lead with purpose and, in doing so, help creating more inspiring organizations and deliver amazing results sustainably. Her expertise areas include leading and succeeding in global organizations, building teams, implementing change at individual and organizational levels, and coaching. Laura has run her own company the last 15 years, and she also has over 10 years of practical operational experience in global organizations. Laura is currently also working on a Ph.D. on the subject of Sustainable Leadership.
Mikael Rautanen – CEO, Inderes

About: Mikael Rautanen is the CEO and co-founder of Inderes. Starting as an entrepreneur at the age of 23, he has been building Inderes from a startup to a publicly listed company with 120 employees. Today, Inderes is a Nordic investor media connecting investors and listed companies. The company provides in-depth equity research and investor relations solutions to help over 400 listed companies better serve the Nordic investor community. Inderes operates in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.
Kaj Hagros – Chair of the Board, Inderes

About: Kaj Hagros is the Nordics Managing Partner of Berlin-based venture capital firm Redstone, based in Helsinki, Finland. Kaj has a broad history as entrepreneur, investor and C-level executive, with experience in 90+ startup investments, 3 IPOs, 20+ boards in IT, media and health care. Earlier, Kaj was the CEO of Nasdaq Helsinki traded Tecnotree Corporation, COO of FOX Mobile of NewsCorp, VP Operations of First Hop, and Head of Strategy & Business Development at Nokia Networks. Kaj is also the board chair of Inderes Plc and Chipmetrics Ltd. M.Sc. (eng) in industrial management from Aalto University & Trium MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and HEC Paris.
Eeva Raita – CSO, Futurice
Theme: Transforming Leadership: How to use AI to make work life more humane – Case Futurice
About: Eeva Raita is an experienced tech leader and a social psychologist (Dr.) overseeing strategy at Futurice Group. With over 15 years of industry experience, she guides her team in strategy development and execution. Additionally, Eeva holds board positions at Titanium, Reka Industrial, and Way Interim. Prior to this, she led Futurice’s strategy and culture business in Finland. Her expertise includes adaptive strategy, change leadership, and new business development.
Olli Holmström – CEO, Deaconess Foundation
About: Olli Holmström is the CEO of Deaconess Foundation – the fourth largest private care provider in Finland – since 2012 but has earlier worked internationally in Nokia for 11 years. Olli is well networked in Nordics and European level and currently serving as the chairperson of Eurodiaconia, a European network of NGOs and Churches providing social and healthcare services and advocating social justice. During the last years Olli has done several board positions including publicly listed companies, chairing boards of NGO’s and start-ups. He has also been active in the Board of Finnish Association of Private Care Providers HALI. Olli is interested in developing people and boards, leadership topics, organisation culture and ESG. He is partner at Boardman Oy and Alumni Fellow of Helsinki University.
