It is a great pleasure to invite You to our upcoming event on ”Board Compositions of the Future – Are we ready for the board compositions of tomorrow?” on September 4, at 15-17.00 at Varma’s head office in Salmisaari (Salmisaarenranta 11, Helsinki).

The boards of the future will not be the same as the boards of today. Demands towards board development and board work are increasing, new skills and competences are needed, and older generations of board members start to retire. We need to prepare ourselves for the new era and this needs proper preparation. We believe that the composition of a board of directors is critical in achieving success and sustainability in today’s complex business environment.

The speakers have extensive experience in board governance and diversity, and we will also engage the audience in this discussion.
