Meet our speakers:
Catharina Candolin – Board Member at SSH Communications Security Corporation & Strategy and preparedness at OP Group
Catharina Candolin has over 20 years of experience in sectors such as private, defense, NATO, and academia, with expertise spanning technical, operational, strategic, and policy levels. She is currently a board member at SSH Communications Security Oyj and works with strategy and preparedness at OP Financial Group. Catharina is also involved in the Hanaholmen initiative, promoting Finland-Sweden collaboration. Passionate about continuous learning, she holds a PhD and is pursuing an executive MBA at Hanken & SSE.
Mari Aro – Senior Specialist, Secretariat of the Security Committee
Mari Aro works as a Senior Specialist at the Secretariat of the Security Committee in Finland. She focuses on hybrid threats, information influencing, cyber threats and strategic communications from the National Preparedness perspective and Comprehensive Security Approach. Aro had an active role in the core secretariat while drafting the renewed Security Strategy for Society as well as Finland’s Cyber Security Strategy 2024–203.
