Growth Mindset – Global First

Growth starts with a global mindset. At our biggest event of the autumn, we take a deep dive into international growth — turning ambition into global action. Mark your calendars for September 23,
2–5 PM and book your seat at Epicenter Helsinki!

The event highlights international growth through real-life stories — what worked and what didn’t. We’ll explore different routes to global markets, from building global-first companies to expanding beyond the domestic market. We’ll also discuss how culture, language, and a global outlook drive transformation and shape leadership in growing business.

This event is not just about keynotes. You’ll get to dive deeper into the themes and share your own ideas at the interactive roundtable discussions with the speakers and other participants.
