Julia Binder Professor of Business Transformation at IMD Business School and Director of IMD’s Center for Sustainable and Inclusive Business will be visiting Finland and we are honored that her itinerary also includes a visit to Boardman.

On 28 of September in the evening we are organising an exclusive evening discussion on one of the defining leadership challenges of our time: How to thrive amid uncertainty and continuous change?

In her keynote, ”Winning in the Age of Disruption,” Julia will explore how geopolitical tensions, economic volatility, and shifting regulatory landscapes are reshaping the rules of competition. As supply chains are stress-tested and resource dependencies become boardroom priorities, organizations are increasingly recognizing resilience and sustainability not merely as operational concerns but as critical sources of competitive advantage.

Drawing on her research and extensive work with senior executives around the world, Julia will share insights into how leaders can turn disruption into strategy and global challenges into opportunities for long-term value creation.
