Board Work & Corporate Governance -training

There are clear differences between Nordic, Central European and Anglo-American corporate governance models. In addition Finland has its own rules, regulations and obligations governing the board of directors as well as best practices on co-operation between board and management.

Boardman Ltd has launched a new ”Board Work and Corporate Governance in Finland” -training, which is especially aimed for international executive and management board members working in Finland or in Finnish companies.

This training is intensive and interactive one-day course that will take place in May 12th, 2016 in Helsinki. During this day you are able to discuss, challenge and deepen your own information and skills on board work in an international setting.

The lecturers are top-level specialists of their field with wide experience and know-how on board work and managing variety of large and midsized companies operating internationally.
