Warmly welcome to the Boardman Alumni -event: ”Corporate Culture – How to uphold resilient execution in times of disruption?” on Thursday, 10th of November on 15:00 – 17:00.

Corporate culture is truly tested during challenging times. Companies face disruptions continuously and need to mitigate them with resilient teams, decision making and execution – corporate culture is in a key role to enable this. At the event, you will hear perspectives on how decisions are made in the times of disruption, how to evolve corporate culture, as well as how to exploit data in the context of culture.

At the event you will hear keynote presentations and panel discussion. Our experts in the event are Eeva Raita Global Head Of Strategy and Renewal at Futurice, Tuomas Törmänen Partner at PwC Strategy&, Hannakaisa Länsisalmi Chief People and Culture at OP Financial Group and Tapio Peltonen Founder and CEO of EEX Oy.

The event is organized in a hybrid format. A live event will be organized in Futurice’s office (Kansakoulukatu 3, 00100, Helsinki) or you can join as an online participant via ZOOM.

Eeva Raita – Global Head Of Strategy And Renewal at Futurice

Eeva is social psychologist (Dr.) leading Futurice’s strategy and renewal: guiding the direction of the company (strategy) as well as building the capability to implement real change continuously (renewal). Before her current role Eeva has held several positions at Futurice, for example leading the company’s strategy and culture consulting business. Beyond Futurice Eeva has a versatile work history spanning from theatre to academia, and from business development to expertise roles. Academically seasoned, but a pragmatist by heart, she tackles things with a combination of deep insight and can-do attitude.

 

Tuomas Törmänen – Partner at PwC Strategy&

Tuomas Törmänen is a partner in PwC’s strategy consulting practice, Strategy&, where he focuses on strategy redesign, transformation programs and culture development. In his +25-year career, Tuomas has gained experience and insights on these topics both in leadership roles in global companies and in a strategy advisor role. Tuomas has worked across diverse sectors and countries and has supported both large and focused companies in their change journeys.

 

 

 

Hannakaisa Länsisalmi – Chief People and Culture at OP Financial Gruop

Hannakaisa Länsisalmi is a business development, organization development and human resources professional with a proven track record of leading strategic change and cultural transformation in large companies. Tapio Peltonen is the CEO and founder of the EEX. EEX Journey is the leadership development program for entrepreneurial leadership.
